Discover Moraira on foot

Location is one of the main reasons to choose Casa Luciana. The house is situated in Pla del Mar, just outside Moraira town centre. Restaurants, shops, cafés, the supermarket and bakery can all be reached on foot. The beach is also within comfortable walking distance. That gives you a great deal of freedom during your holiday. Walk out for fresh bread in the morning, head to the beach later in the day and enjoy dinner in Moraira in the evening without having to think about parking or who is driving home. And once you return to Casa Luciana, you are just far enough outside the busiest streets to enjoy a little more peace.

Two different terraces

Casa Luciana has two separate outdoor spaces, each with its own character. On the upper living level is a balcony of approximately 10 m², directly connected to the living room through large glass doors. This is Patricia’s favourite place at the house, especially in the morning when the balcony catches the early sunshine. It is perfect for breakfast, coffee or simply watching the neighbourhood slowly come to life. On the lower level is a much larger terrace of approximately 25 m². This terrace is reached directly from the main bedroom and has a comfortable lounge area.
Having two different outdoor spaces gives you more choice than you might expect from a compact townhouse.

Living upstairs, sleeping downstairs

Casa Luciana is arranged across two levels. The upper floor is the main living level, with the living room, dining area, open kitchen and balcony. An internal staircase leads to the lower level, where both bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are located.
The larger terrace is also on this floor and can be reached directly from the main bedroom. This separation between living and sleeping areas gives the house a practical layout: daily life happens upstairs and outside, while the bedrooms downstairs feel a little more private and peaceful.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Casa Luciana sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Both bedrooms are located on the lower level and have built-in wardrobes and individually controlled air conditioning with heating and cooling functions. The main bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 × 190 cm and direct access to the large terrace.
The second bedroom also has two 90 × 190 cm single beds. There are 2 bathrooms on the same level, both equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Having 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms makes Luciana convenient not only for families but also for two couples travelling together.

Bright living room and complete kitchen

The living room forms the heart of the upper level. Large glass doors connect the seating area with the balcony and bring plenty of natural light into the room. There is a comfortable seating area, television and fast fibre-optic internet. The open kitchen is compact but fully equipped for everyday use, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room, keeping the entire upper level open and sociable.

Intentionally without a swimming pool

Casa Luciana is different from most of our holiday villas: there is no private swimming pool and no communal pool. For guests whose holiday revolves around spending every day beside their own pool, one of our villas will probably be a better choice. But not everyone needs a swimming pool in Moraira. If you prefer spending the day at the beach, walking into town, having lunch on a terrace and returning home afterwards to your own comfortable space, Luciana offers an attractive alternative. You are not paying for a facility you may barely use, while Moraira itself becomes part of your holiday.

A quieter position close to the centre

Pla del Mar is conveniently located just outside the heart of Moraira. This gives Casa Luciana a useful balance. The town centre is close enough to reach on foot, yet the house is not positioned directly among the busiest restaurants, bars and shopping streets. For guests who want to experience Moraira without staying right in the middle of the activity, that can be the best of both worlds.

Also suitable for longer stays

Casa Luciana can also be an attractive choice outside the main summer season. The air conditioning in the bedrooms can both cool and heat, fast fibre-optic internet is available and everyday amenities are within walking distance. During a longer stay, being able to walk to the supermarket, bakery, cafés and town centre becomes particularly convenient. And on sunny winter mornings, the upper balcony is a lovely place to start the day with a cup of coffee.
