Moraira literally outside your front door

Location is the main reason to choose Apartment Monica. The entrance to the building is directly on one of Moraira’s main shopping streets. Walk downstairs and you are immediately surrounded by:

• the centre of Moraira

The beach is approximately 400 metres away and the marina around 450 metres. This makes Monica particularly attractive for guests who want to enjoy Moraira itself rather than spend every day driving between a villa and the town centre.

Start the day on the balcony

Apartment Monica has a small balcony at the front of the building overlooking the shopping street. The balcony can be reached from both the living room and the main bedroom. It is not a huge outdoor terrace, and we would rather be honest about that,  but it is a lovely place to sit in the morning. Because of its position, you can enjoy the early sunshine while watching Moraira slowly come to life below. A coffee, some fresh bread from the bakery almost next door and a little people-watching: sometimes a small balcony is all you need.

Top floor with lift access

Apartment Monica is located on the fourth and top floor of the building. After entering the complex from the shopping street, there are approximately four steps before reaching the lift.
The lift then takes you to the top floor. This elevated position gives Monica a pleasant sense of separation from the busy street below, while still keeping you right in the centre. The apartment itself is arranged completely on one level.

Comfortable living for up to four guests

With approximately 75 m² of living space, Monica is a practical and comfortable apartment for up to 4 guests. The central hallway provides access to the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The living area has an Ibiza-inspired interior with comfortable seating, Smart TV and fast fibre-optic internet. Large sliding doors connect the living room directly with the balcony and bring plenty of natural light into the apartment. The layout is straightforward and uncomplicated, exactly what you want from a central holiday apartment.

Two bedrooms

The main bedroom has a 150 × 190 cm double bed, a large fitted wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is slightly smaller and has two single beds measuring 90 × 190 cm, together with fitted storage. This makes Monica suitable for:

• couples who appreciate an additional bedroom
• families with one or two children
• two friends or couples who do not need a large villa
• guests looking for a central base in Moraira

Modern bathroom

Apartment Monica has 1 modern bathroom. It was renovated in 2023 and includes a spacious rain shower, washbasin and toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. Although there is only one bathroom, its central location in the apartment makes it easily accessible from both bedrooms.

Complete modern kitchen

The kitchen was renewed in 2020 and is compact but very complete. Facilities include:

• refrigerator
• 4-zone electric hob
• extractor
• oven
• dishwasher
• Dolce Gusto coffee machine
• kettle
• cookware
• crockery, glasses and cutlery

The kitchen is open to the living room, allowing whoever is preparing breakfast or dinner to remain part of the main living space. For guests staying several weeks, having a genuinely usable kitchen is an important practical advantage.

No need to depend on a car

One of Monica’s strongest selling points is how easy it is to enjoy Moraira without a car. The supermarket is approximately 60 metres away. The bakery is practically next door, at around 2 metres from the building. Restaurants start only around 150 metres away, while the marina is approximately 450 metres from the apartment. For everyday holiday life, almost everything can therefore be reached on foot. A car is mainly useful if you want to explore other beaches, villages and destinations along the Costa Blanca.

Parking in central Moraira

Apartment Monica does not have its own private parking space. Parking is available in and around the streets of central Moraira, and there is also a large public parking area within a few minutes’ walk. During the busiest summer weeks, finding a space directly outside the building may take a little patience. The advantage is that once you have parked, you are unlikely to need the car again for everyday life in Moraira.

Ideal for guests who want to experience the town

Monica is very different from a villa on the outskirts of Moraira. There is no private garden or swimming pool. Instead, the town becomes part of your holiday. Walk outside for breakfast, spend a few hours at the beach, stop somewhere for lunch, return to the apartment in the afternoon and head out again for dinner in the evening.
For guests who enjoy that kind of freedom and atmosphere, a central apartment can be more appealing than a villa further away.

Also comfortable outside the summer season

Apartment Monica is also suitable for stays outside the main summer months. Air conditioning can provide both heating and cooling, fibre-optic internet is available and all everyday amenities remain within walking distance. This makes the apartment especially practical for longer stays in spring, autumn and winter. And when the winter sun appears in the morning, the small balcony is still one of the nicest places to start the day.
