Moraira is a small coastal town on the Costa Blanca with a lively center on the coast.

Originally it is a fishing village so the center is built directly on the coast. It used to be a coming and going of fishing boats so nowadays Moraira has a reasonable port where mostly pleasure yachts are moored.

Around the port of Moraira are also many terraces and restaurants where they serve fresh fish daily and delicious drinks.

Moraira is characterized by the lack of high-rise buildings. In the center of Moraira, 4 high is the maximum and outside the center, high-rise buildings are not possible. This gives Moraira a unique image and atmosphere on the Costa Blanca.

The penthouse has 2 floors where the top floor is divided with living room, kitchen and roof terrace. On the ground floor, accessed via an internal staircase, are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located.

The penthouse is fully equipped and therefore very suitable for people who want to spend the winter and do not always want to use a car.

In the period November to March there is a special weekly rate. When the penthouse is rented during 12 weeks or longer, the weekly price is € 550,00.

The penthouse is equipped with an air conditioning system that can both cool and heat. The electricity costs will be deducted from the deposit afterwards, by means of the meter readings.

The unique thing about penthouse I and penthouse II in Moraira is that they are located in the same apartment complex on the same floor. The elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the two apartments are located.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher as well as an oven, refrigerator and stove. But the coffee machine and kettle are ready for you.

The large sliding windows provide plenty of daylight in the living room. Through the sliding window you can easily enter the spacious roof terrace which includes sun beds and a seating area. The roof terrace is conveniently located on the sun so you can fully enjoy the Spanish outdoors.

The penthouse is divided over two floors. The upper part is furnished as living room and kitchen. The lower part is accessed via an internal staircase and has 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The two large bedrooms have double beds with fitted wardrobes and a third bedroom with a single bed. The two bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, shower and toilet.
