Moraira is one of the most attractive coastal towns on the Costa Blanca. The former fishing village has retained much of its character and is known for its relaxed atmosphere, Mediterranean coastline, beaches, marina and excellent choice of restaurants. A private villa fits perfectly with this style of holiday. You have your own space, your own terrace and,  at most of our villas,  your own private swimming pool. San Jaime is a peaceful and established residential area between Moraira and Benissa Costa. Several of our villas are located here, often with private pools, open views and Ifach Golf Club nearby.

Moravit

Moravit is particularly attractive to guests who like being closer to the coastline. Cala l’Andragó, coastal restaurants and several small beaches are within easy reach, and some villas can be reached from Andragó on foot.

El Portet

El Portet is one of Moraira’s most sought-after coastal areas. Its sheltered bay, beachfront restaurants and Mediterranean views make it especially appealing for guests who value location and scenery.

Sabatera

Sabatera combines a peaceful residential setting with useful everyday facilities nearby. Depending on the property, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants can be reached relatively easily.

Benimeit

Benimeit sits slightly higher in the hills surrounding Moraira. Villas here often offer more open views, peace and space, while a car is generally the most practical way to reach the beaches and town centre.

Pla del Mar

Pla del Mar is particularly attractive if being close to Moraira town centre is important. From this area, shops, restaurants and the centre can often be reached on foot.

Yes. We have several accommodations from which Moraira town centre can be reached on foot. If being able to walk to restaurants, shops and the centre is important to you, we recommend choosing your villa specifically for its location rather than simply looking at the distance to the beach.
