Enjoy your own private pool under the Mediterranean sun
A villa with a private pool gives you complete freedom during your holiday in Moraira. Take a refreshing swim whenever you like, enjoy breakfast beside the water or spend a lazy afternoon on a sun lounger. There is no shared pool and no need to adapt to anyone else — just your own space to swim, relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine.
Almost all villas in our collection have their own private swimming pool, but no two pool areas are quite the same. Some are designed for swimming and sunshine, others offer complete privacy, panoramic views or a direct connection with an outdoor kitchen and lounge area.
Because we know our villas personally, we can help you choose the property and pool area that best suits the way you want to spend your holiday.
Why choose a villa with a private pool?
A private pool is often much more than simply somewhere to swim. During a villa holiday in Moraira, it quickly becomes the centre of everyday life.
Start the morning with a swim, cool down during the warmer part of the afternoon or relax beside the water with a book. Later in the day, the pool terrace becomes the natural place to gather for drinks, dinner or a barbecue.
For families, having your own pool can be especially enjoyable. The children can play in the water while the adults relax nearby, without having to share the pool area with other guests.
And because the swimming pool belongs exclusively to your villa, you can enjoy it entirely at your own pace.
Which private pool suits your holiday?
Not every private pool offers the same experience.
The size of the pool matters, but so do its position, the surrounding terraces and how it connects with the rest of the villa.
Some guests want plenty of privacy around the pool. Families with younger children may prefer a villa where the swimming pool is clearly visible from the terrace or outdoor seating areas. Others want a large pool for swimming, a heatable pool outside the main summer season or an outdoor kitchen directly beside the water.
That is why we prefer to look beyond the simple question of whether a villa has a pool.
The better question is: Which pool area best suites your holiday?

Looking for the largest private pool?
If pool size is one of your main priorities, Villa Andrago has the largest swimming pool in our collection at approximately 10 × 5 metres.
Villa Annamar, Villa Juntos, Villa La Serena and Villa Olivera also have particularly generous pools of approximately 9 × 5 metres.
For families or groups who expect to spend a large part of the holiday around the villa, those extra metres can make a noticeable difference.
Villas with heatable private pools
Would you like to swim during spring, autumn or winter? Villa Annamar and Villa Bahía del Portet offer the possibility of pool heating.
Pool heating is optional and subject to additional conditions and charges, so always check the individual villa page or contact us for current information before booking.
For stays outside the warmest summer months, a heatable pool can significantly extend the amount of time you can comfortably spend in the water.
Private pools with sea views
For something particularly special, consider Villa Annamar. Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy views across the Mediterranean and towards the Peñón de Ifach even while you are in the swimming pool.
Several other villas combine poolside living with sea views from nearby terraces, but Annamar offers one of the strongest combinations of pool and panorama.
Plenty of privacy around the pool
For some guests, privacy is even more important than pool size. Several villas in our collection have particularly private swimming pool areas, including Patricia, Rosana, Bahía del Portet, El Nido, Paraíso, Juntos, La Serena, Olivera and Terramar.
The exact degree of privacy naturally varies by property and garden layout, so we recommend viewing the photographs on each individual villa page.
If privacy around the pool is especially important to you, contact us and we can help you narrow down the best options.
Private pools for families with children
When travelling with younger children, the position of the swimming pool can be just as important as its size.
At villas such as Maia, Andrago, Bahía del Portet and El Nido, the pool is clearly visible from several of the main outdoor seating or dining areas.
This can make the outdoor layout particularly convenient for families.
A private swimming pool is, of course, never a substitute for active adult supervision. Young children should always be supervised closely around the water.
