This gives you an easy choice between sunshine, shade and a refreshing swim throughout the day. The Mediterranean garden covers approximately 800 m² and offers a good degree of privacy.

Cleverly designed for 8 guests

Villa El Nido has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms divided across two levels. On the ground floor are 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the remaining 2 bedrooms and third bathroom are located.
This layout works particularly well for larger families or groups. Everyone stays in the same villa, but the bedrooms are divided between two levels, creating a little more privacy and breathing room.

Four bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds

All 4 bedrooms at Villa El Nido are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and individually controlled air conditioning. The main bedroom is located on the first floor. Large sliding doors open onto a spacious private balcony with views towards the Mediterranean, the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe and the swimming pool below. On the same floor is a second bedroom with two single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms share the modern bathroom on this level, which includes a rain shower.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Both are spacious double rooms with comfortable box-spring beds, with 2 bathrooms conveniently located on this level. This arrangement makes El Nido comfortable not only for families, but also for several adults travelling together.

Sea views from the main bedroom

Although El Nido is not primarily a sea-view villa, the upper level offers a pleasant surprise. From the main bedroom and its private balcony, you can look across the surrounding area towards the Mediterranean and the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe. You also look directly down onto the private swimming pool and garden. It gives the main bedroom a little extra sense of space and makes the balcony a lovely place for a quiet moment away from the rest of the group.

Modern living with an easy connection to outdoors

Large sliding doors connect the living room directly with the covered terrace, garden and swimming pool. This creates a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. The living room is comfortably and modernly furnished and has television and fast fibre-optic internet. Next to the living area is the dining room, which connects with the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is practical and well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator and oven.
Whether someone is cooking inside, sitting at the dining table or relaxing beside the swimming pool, everyone remains easily connected.

Ifach Golf Club is approximately 550 metres away, and the nearest restaurant is also around 550 metres from the villa. A supermarket and bakery are approximately 1.9 kilometres away. The nearest beach is around 2.8 kilometres from the villa, while Moraira town centre is approximately 3.5 kilometres away. For the beach, shopping and the town centre, having a car is the most practical option.
