We select accommodation suitable for longer stays and pay particular attention to heating, internet, bed comfort, kitchen facilities, location and winter sunshine.

How long can I rent a winter property?
You can stay for anything from several weeks up to a maximum of 12 consecutive weeks. Minimum stay requirements vary by property and available period.

Do I need a car when renting a villa?
For most villas outside Moraira town centre, we recommend having a car. From our centrally located apartments and penthouses, many everyday amenities can be reached on foot.

Are the prices shown per week?
Yes. The starting prices shown on this page are weekly winter rates for the stated accommodation. Always check the individual offer and conditions, as included services and utility arrangements can differ between properties.

Are electricity and heating included?
This depends on the individual rental arrangement. Energy consumption can become significant during a longer winter stay, so always check the exact conditions of the property you are considering.

How do I know which winter rental is right for me?
